This 90-minute action learning set is for officers who are working with schools and providers around the National Wraparound Childcare Programme in England. This session will consider working with schools to identify and develop a suitable delivery model for wraparound childcare demand. Through facilitator input and action learning discussions, we will:
- Consider the four models outlined in LA handbook; what they look like in practice and the relative risks and merits of each model
- Explore how to support schools to choose a model that is a good fit against supply and demand modelling, and market analysis
- Share real examples of how to support schools and providers working together for long term success.
