This resource for early years providers is part of a collection created by Childcare Works in collaboration with Dingley's Promise: Inclusive Practice in the Early Years
This handbook and video are designed to support an inclusive approach in your setting by providing a framework through which to regularly review and adapt to ensure you are inclusive in all that you do.
It explores the Dingley’s Promise Inclusion Reflection Framework, which sets out key questions to provoke thought around your leadership, your environment, your staff team (educators) and your transition processes.
Reflecting on these points will enable you to celebrate what you are doing well and identify areas where you could further develop your inclusive practice.
